B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP​

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 10 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) malls.​ ​Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point and Waterway Point.

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia or Thailand
aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of FPS malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, a verified mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.​ ​

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.​ ​

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.​ ​

C. REDEMPTION​​

• Scan your FRx QR Code when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
• 1st Qualifying Visit: Spend a minimum of $120 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores between 28 September to 31 October 2026 to receive a $10 FRx Gift Card.
• 2nd Qualifying Visit: FRx members who have successfully qualified for the 1st Qualifying Visit may receive a $20 FRx Gift Card by spending a minimum of $120 in a single transaction at any participating FRx store on a different date from their 1st qualifying visit.
• 3rd Qualifying Visit: FRx members who have successfully qualified for both the 1st and 2nd qualifying visits may receive a $30 FRx Gift Card by spending a minimum of $120 in a single transaction at any participating FRx store on a third different date.
• Qualification for each reward tier is contingent upon meeting the requirements of the preceding tier.
• Limited to one redemption per FRx member per reward tier, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
• Present your qualifying same-day, same-mall receipt and FRx QR code at the Concierge, Level 3, to verify eligible transactions scanned to the same FRx account on the day of purchase.

• Upon completion of the Quiz, a unique redemption code will be generated.
• Members must follow The Centrepoint’s official Instagram account, @thecentrepoint_sg.
• FRx membership is required for redemption. Members must present their FRx member QR code, unique redemption code and proof of following @thecentrepoint_sg at the Concierge, Level 3, to redeem a physical voucher.
• Limited to 1 redemption per shopper throughout the promotion period. Each unique redemption code may only be used once.
• Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
• Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other items.
• Voucher entitlements and validity periods are subject to the respective terms and conditions of participating tenants.
