Launching with its inaugural edition, Artist Story, this two-week programme invites shoppers to enjoy live performances, art exhibitions and interactive sessions by emerging Singaporean talents, right in the heart of the mall.

Artist Story blends music and visual art to give visitors a closer look at the stories and creative journeys behind each artist’s work. Whether you’re discovering new sounds, exploring unique artworks, or trying your hand at art-making, The Centrestage invites you to be part of the experience.

Music Edition
21 & 22 March 2026

Kick off the event with two days of live music performances by talented local artists and student musicians. From soulful vocals to dynamic instrumental acts, each performance will share not only the music, but also the story behind the artist’s creative journey.

Stay till the evening for the headline acts and experience the energy of Singapore’s rising music talents live at The Centrepoint.

Josh Makazo brings heartfelt songwriting and expressive vocals to the stage, blending contemporary sounds with personal storytelling.

Shazza delivers a distinctive musical style shaped by emotion and lived experience, offering audiences an intimate and powerful live set.

Art Edition
23 March to 2 April 2026

The celebration continues with Artist Story: Art Edition, presented in collaboration with WE ART. The Level 1 Atrium will be transformed into a vibrant gallery space showcasing a curated exhibition of artworks by WE ART students, alongside pieces by emerging and established artists.

Art Exhibition

Visitors can explore a diverse range of artistic styles and mediums, with each artwork reflecting the unique perspectives, inspirations and personal stories behind the artists’ creative journeys.

Art Workshops

From 25 to 29 March, shoppers can also take part in hands-on art workshops led by WE ART artists and instructors, offering an opportunity to experiment with different art techniques and create their own artworks.

Live Art Performances

On 28 & 29 March, the experience becomes even more immersive with live art performances, where artists bring their creative process to life, offering a unique behind-the-scenes glimpse into the making of art.
