Scan your Frasers Experience (FRx) member QR code when you charge $300* to your Mastercard at participating stores to redeem a $30 FRx Gift Card.

*Present a maximum of 5 same-day, same-mall transactions (minimum $10 per transaction) and Mastercard charge slips on the day of purchase at Customer Service Counter on Level 3. Limited to the first 100 Mastercard cardholders per week from 9 November to 27 December 2024.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this event.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP 

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 12 Frasers Property Retail developments.

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property.

C. REDEMPTION

Christmas Rewards with Mastercard at The Centrepoint

9 November 2024 to 27 December 2024

1. Scan your FRx member QR code in the app when paying in-store at participating retailers. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account.

Minimum $300 charged to Mastercard at participating stores at The Centrepoint.

Maximum of 5 same-day, same-mall transactions.
Minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction.
Limited to a single redemption per FRx member and Mastercard cardholder per day regardless of total amount spent.
Present your FRx member QR code in the FRx app, Mastercard charge slip(s) and the 1st SIX (6) digits of the card (debit or credit) in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 3, to redeem a $30 Frasers Gift Card.
Available on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last.
Limited to the first 100 Mastercard cardholders per week from 9 November to 27 December 2024.

• Week 3: Fri 22 Nov – Thu 28 Nov 2024; (Fully Redeemed as of 28 Nov, 6.32pm)
• Week 4: Fri 29 Nov – Thu 5 Dec 2024; (Fully Redeemed as of 4 Dec, 11.00am)
• Week 5: Fri 6 Dec – Thu 12 Dec 2024; (Fully Redeemed as of 12 Dec, 4.26pm)
• Week 6: Fri 13 Dec – Thu 19 Dec 2024; and
• Week 7: Fri 20 Dec – Fri 27 Dec 2024.
Receipts used for redemption in the Christmas Rewards with Mastercard tier will not be valid for the exclusive Black Friday tier which will take place from 29 November to 15 December 2024 For the avoidance of doubt, this means that receipts can only be used for ONE (1) promotion - either Black Friday or Christmas Rewards with Mastercard.
Receipts from bill payments, medical/dental consultation, current exchange, purchase of air tickets, tobacco & cigarettes, SISTIC tickets and shopping vouchers are excluded.
Transactions made with pre-paid credits on Grab Pay, Fave Pay, Alipay or any other related mobile payment that are linked to a Mastercard shall not be deemed as qualifying transactions for the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, all other mobile payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay etc. which utilises a Mastercard stored on a mobile device shall be deemed qualifying transactions.
Receipts used for redemption in this program will no longer be valid for other ongoing mall promotions.
A qualifying transaction must be made with a valid Mastercard card on a Mastercard acceptance terminal or device at a Mastercard accepting merchant, with the Mastercard mode of payment clearly indicated on the transaction/charge slip. To avoid any confusion and issues in the validation of the actual funding Mastercard used for the Promotion, other transactions shall not be deemed as qualifying transactions for the Promotion.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.

3. For supermarket spending from FairPrice/FairPrice Finest, member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR Code at FairPrice/FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.

4. All instant rewards Christmas Rewards with Mastercard are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

5. The following transactions, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, child care centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/ deposits, insurance policy payment, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payment made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

6. All instant reward benefits may vary across the Malls of Frasers Property. Please check details of The Centrepoint reward benefits at Customer Service Level 3.

7. The Management of The Centrepoint, Orchard Road Business Association (ORBA) and Mastercard reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption and to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

D. OTHERS

1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme applies. For more information, please visit here.

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of The Centrepoint will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of The Centrepoint reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
