A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 12 Frasers Property Retail developments.
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Sinapore malls.
4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

B. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards / additional perks:

From 17 November to 31 December 2023
Scan your FRx QR code in the FRx app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
Participating malls are Hougang Mall, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza and Waterway Point.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.
3. For supermarket spending from FairPrice/FairPrice Finest, member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR Code at the respective Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
4. All instant rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
5. The following transactions, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, child care centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/ deposits, insurance policy payment, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payment made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
6. All instant reward benefits may vary across the Frasers Property Singapore malls. Please check details of the reward benefits at the respective mall's Customer Service.
7. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
C. LUCKY DRAW
1. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.
2. FRx members earn one electronic lucky draw chance with every $50 spent each day at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when the member’s FRx QR Code is scanned at participating stores.
3. Lucky draw chances are also tabulated on a transaction basis, e.g. if you spend $50 at a store, you receive 1 lucky draw chance. If you spend $50 another store, you receive another lucky draw chance. For the spending of $100 in 2 transactions, you receive 2 lucky draw chances.
4. The lucky draw will be conducted at 90 Hougang Avenue 10, #05-21, Hougang Mall, Singapore 538766 on 8 January 2024 using a computerized program.
5. The winners will be notified by phone and email within 7 working days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via the malls’ respective Facebook, Instagram and website.
6. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.
7. If any declined prize, the prize shall be passed down to the next reserve winner.
8. If any prize is unclaimed or uncollected within the stipulated timeframe, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited. Frasers Property Retail Management will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.
9. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to donate unclaimed prize to a charity of its choice or replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time and without notice in its absolute discretion.
10. Frasers Property Retail Management assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize or in order to attend a prize collection.
11. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize becomes unavailable. Cash will not be offered.
D. OTHERS

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by Frasers Property Retail Management will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
