A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow shoppers to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 13 Frasers Property Retail developments.
Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point, and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a FRx member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any malls of Frasers Property. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any mall of Frasers Property.

Christmas Rewards with Mastercard at The Centrepoint
13 November to 24 December 2021
1. Scan your FRx member QR code in the app when paying in-store at participating retailers. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account.
Minimum $300 charged to Mastercard at participating stores at The Centrepoint.
Maximum of 5 same-day, same-mall transactions.
Minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction.
Limited to a single redemption per FRx member and Mastercard cardholder per day regardless of total amount spent.
Present your FRx member QR code in the FRx app, Mastercard charge slip(s) and the 1st SIX (6) digits of the card (debit or credit) in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 3, to redeem a $30 Frasers Property Digital Gift Card.
Available on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last.
Limited to the first 100 Mastercard cardholders per week from 13 November to 24 December 2021.
Receipts from bill payments, medical/dental consultation, current exchange, purchase of airfares, tobacco and cigarettes and shopping vouchers are EXCLUDED.
Receipts used for redemption in the Christmas Rewards with Mastercard tier will not be valid for the exclusive Black Friday tier which will take place from 26 November to 3 December 2021.
Transactions made with pre-paid credits on GrabPay, Fave Pay, Alipay or any other related mobile payment that are linked to a Mastercard shall not be deemed as qualifying transactions for the Promotion.
A qualifying transaction must be made with a valid Mastercard card on a Mastercard acceptance terminal or device at a Mastercard accepting merchant, with the Mastercard mode of payment clearly indicated on the transaction/charge slip.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, FRx members must scan their FRx member QR code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.
3. The following transactions, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, child care centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS / SAM machines, pushcarts / kiosks / roadshows / atrium fairs, voucher / gift card / cashcard / stored value card / prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, Frasers Property Digital Gift Card purchases, bill / instalment payments / deposits, insurance policy payment, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payment made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, FRx member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with their FRx member QR code in person at Customer Service, Level 3, to earn Frasers Points.
5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

7. The Management of The Centrepoint reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
1. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of The Centrepoint will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
